Basic Search Methods

1. Type in the fewest words that you are looking for. Many of our sites are named by the "building" or "company name".

2. If you are looking for something shot in 2014 then type "2014" followed by your subject.

3. Sometimes we use addresses to label projects and we are doing this more frequently. Please use the least amount of info to search such as "201 college" if you are looking for the address 201 South College St. Charlotte NC. We typically only put limited info for addresses.

4. If you are looking for aerial photos and want to see something shot for the current year then yon can search for 2014. If you want to see what was shot in January of 2014 then search for "2014-01".

5. One of the best ways to search for existing aerial photos is to use our aerial photo map found in the main menu on our home page.
